Hailed “remarkable and impressive ” by The New York Times, “ a musician of caliber, colorful and spectacularLe Soir (Brussels) and “ one of Israel’s finest pianists ” by Israel Festival Jerusalem 2004 Ms.Weintraub has appeared as soloist with international orchestras to critical acclaim.

She has performed in the United States, Canada and Europe in renowned concert halls such as Sala Verdi (Milan), Palais des Beaux Arts (Brussels), Salle Pleyel ( Paris), MuzikCentrum Philips (Eindhoven, Netherlands), Grand Theatre de Quebec,(Quebec) Lincoln Center and Madison Square Garden (New York), Kennedy Center (Washington D.C )and numerous others.

She appeared with the Zagreb Philharmonic, Belgian Radio Orchestra, Orchestra Sinfonica D’Italia, Chautauqua Symphony Orchestra (New York), Mozart Camerata (Los Angeles),The Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, The Israel  Symphony Rishon LeZion and more. She was invited to perform under the baton of Uriel Segal, Yoav Talmi, James DePriest, Steven Sloane, Alexander Rahabari, Mendi Rodan and David Shallon.

Among her concerts in Canada Ms.Weintraub performed on the “Homage a Tchaikovsky” series two Piano Concerti on the same evening with The Quebec Symphony Orchestra receiving a public standing ovation.

Born in New York City into a musical family, Ms.Weintraub gave her first public concert at age five.

Immigrating to Israel with her family in 1974 she performed for the President of Israel at the age of 8.

Performing as soloist with orchestras from the age of 11, she represented the State of Israel on a grand concert tour of Germany, performing in Berlin, Bonn, Koln, Frankfurt and Hamburg.

Having studied in Israel with Prof. Victor Derevianko, Ms.Weintraub was awarded at age 17 full scholarship to The Juilliard School in New York  where she earned her Bachelor and Master’s of Music degrees as a pupil of Russell Sherman and Joseph Kalichstein.

She is a recipient of numerous prizes including the Clairmont Prize (1985), the America Israel Cultural Foundation awards, The Juilliard Petcheck awards, the Geneva International Music Competition and more.

Ms.Weintraub is a dedicated chamber musician, appearing on prestigious series and festivals such as the Upper Galilee Music Days Festival (Kfar Blum), Israel Festival Jerusalem, Israel Philharmonic Chamber Music Series, Chautauqua Music Festival, Florida Music Festival, Antwerpen Concert Salon, Liepaja Festival of Piano Stars (Latvia)and many others.  She has performed in all major concert halls of Israel, on the Voice of Music classical radio broadcasts and is in the forefront of contemporary music, premiering works by leading Jewish and Israeli composers in cooperation with Israel’s Composers’ League.
